About the Bootcamp Program

It's all about pacing yourself, having fun and working out as a community.

But, don't get us wrong! FITPIT Bootcamp is intensive as it is designed for maximum calorie burn within a short amount of time. On top of that, it challenges your strength, stamina and endurance to the limits.

Ultimately, we want you to get good workout where you can feel really satisfied at the end of the day.

FITPIT Bootcamp is definitely suitable for people of all sorts of fitness levels!

We understand that every individual is different and we advise all our customers to only push their bodies to what they are comfortable with, especially if they have not been exercising for an extended period of time.

At the end of the day, it will put a huge smile on our face if bootcamp turns out to be one of the motivating factors that got you back into regular exercise, after months or years of physical inactivity.

We hope to foster a healthy lifestyle make a big impact within the community.

Things You Should Note

Absolutely! We offer a free trial for your first session with us.

After which, if you have still not decided to take up a package with us, you can still opt for our single session package as many times as you wish.

You can get our free FitPit Dry-Fit T-shirt whenever you purchase a 2-month package or more for the first time. Each person may only redeem his or her T-shirt once.

Bootcamps are conducted weekly where each class are held on the same time and day every week for each venue!

We don’t want you to miss your workouts! Typically, the class will continue on as usual at an alternative sheltered venue nearby.

In the unlikely event where there are no available venues on the day, your instructor will inform you of the class cancellation, at least 30 minutes before the session commencement time.

Yes, participants are allowed to withdraw from the program at any point of time. However, all program fees paid will not be refundable, unless a relevant doctor’s letter is provided showing that you are unfit for physical exercise.

Unfortunately, that is not possible. Our packages are designed so that participants attend the classes weekly. This is to ensure that you feel the maximum effect of the sessions and progress over the weeks!

However, if you would like to pick the sessions to attend, then the single session package might be more suitable for you.

Apart from make up sessions, you can only attend bootcamp at the venue you registered for.

Make Up Sessions

Only 1 make up session will be allowed each month. A make up session must be scheduled within 30 days of the class that you are absent for, at one of our alternative training venues.

If you were to be absent for a second time within the month, that will be considered as a missed class and no refunds will be provided for that.

We would appreciate it if you give us at least 24 hours notice before the session and arrange for your make up session as soon as possible.

Vice-versa, if the session have to be cancelled under unforeseen circumstances, we will inform at least 24 hours in advance.

You may contact us on our contact page or reach out to any of our trainers to make the necessary arrangements!

If you are only missing 1 session, you may use your make up session for the month.

If you are going away for a long trip and will be missing multiple sessions, please reach out to us with your travel plans and we will be able to pause your package*.

Ultimately, we want you to enjoy your holiday and not stress over this!

*Please note that this is on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Matters and Discounts

We are currently accepting payments via bank transfer or cash in person during your first paid session.

Upon registration, details will be provided to you on the payment details and procedures.

Yes! We offer a 10% discount when you sign up for a 2-month package, and 15% discount when you sign up for a 3-month package.

Payment is collected in advance at the start of every month. If you were to join the program in the middle of a month, payment must be made before you begin your first paid session with us.

Also, please note that if you join the program in the middle of the month, the remaining sessions of that month do not count towards your 2-month or 3-month package discounts.

An additional pro-rated fee will be charged for that month, to account for the additional class.

If you have any ongoing package discount, it will likewise be applied to the additional class.

Unfortunately, we do not allow the sharing of packages.

Health & Safety

We take the safety of all our customers very seriously.

If you have certain health issues that you are concerned about, please consult your doctor before taking part in our program.

We also require you to take a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) and sign an indemnity form upon registration. Our instructors will also then access your readiness and decide if you are suitable for the program.
