Note that FITPIT will be taking the following precautionary measures during our bootcamp trainings:

- Thorough cleaning of equipment before and after every class
- Having hand sanitiser readily available during the session
- Practicing of safe distancing during workouts
- Prohibiting any form of physical contact with each other (such as high-fives or pat on the backs)
- Only verbal guidance by the trainers (for posture correction)
- Limiting sessions to a maximum of 10 per group
- Allowing all new and existing participants to put their package on hold if they are not comfortable participating during this period

WHAT IS BOOTCAMP?

FITPIT's Bootcamp is designed for maximum calorie burn within a short amount of time. We want to help improve your lifestyle, get you back into a healthy fitness routine, challenge your mind and most importantly, make fitness fun!

WHAT ARE THE ACTIVITIES IN BOOTCAMP LIKE?

INTERVAL TRAINING

Interval training combines short, high intensity bursts of activity with periods of rest and recovery in between. This allows you to work more in a shorter period of time and it's much more comfortable than spending the entire workout at a high intensity.

RESISTANCE TRAINING

Resistance training improves muscular strength and endurance. Any exercise where you move your body against resistance can be considered resistance or strength training - Body weight or resistance bands etc. You can expect your body to get stronger, tighter and leaner after resistance training.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES

Outdoor activities are conducted once in a while where everyone gather to hike or cycle. Such activities are considered Low Intensity Steady State (LISS) training. LISS workout lasts between 30-60 minutes at a constant intensity.

KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER

After the workout, sharing session is included upon request to provide better understanding on the importance of leading a healthier lifestyle. On top of that, notes will be given out so that participants can read and absorb the knowledge shared.
